Shipping policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days for most of the areas in the UAE.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Free Shipping: in the UAE.
- A standard shipping charge within GCC countries.
- For delivery orders to remote areas, Delivery may require extra transit time.
Mode Of Payments:
- We accept Debit cards and Credit cards as a method of Payment.
Shipment Confirmation :
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email
International Shipping:
- We currently do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates & GCC.
Damages:
- The store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.
We offer an EASY 14-DAYS RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy.
Returns:
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received and in their original box and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] and request a return or exchange, with valid images of the goods.
- Before accepting delivery of any product, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the product, then refuse to take delivery of the package, email our Customer Care mentioning your order reference number.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:
We may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via email at the address provided by you while registering on https://trooperbox.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
